Lion Air (JT/LNI) is an Indonesian hybrid carrier, a combination of low-cost (LCC) and medium service airline. Currently, Lion Air is known for serving the most route combination and flight schedule throughout the cities in Indonesia.

Lion Air FleetLion Air has the largest number of fleet in the country. It operates more than 80 Boeing 737-900ER, Boeing 737-400 and Boeing 737-800 (Next Generation). The rest 110 planes are still waiting to be delivered to complete the entire purchase of 178 Boeing 737-900ERs. In March 2013, Lion Air signed the purchase contract for 234 Airbus A320s, marked as the largest deal in Airbus purchase history.

As a hybrid carrier, Lion Air offers Economy and Business Class. Both Economy and Business Class allows up to 10 kg cabin baggage.

Business ClassLion Air's Business Class offers a comfortable leather seat with 38 inch seat-pitch, pre-flight drink, free meal and drink as well as a free checked baggage allowance up to 30 kg.

Economy ClassEconomy Class offers leather seat with 29 inch seat-pitch and free up to 20 kg checked baggage allowance, 

Inflight MealThe Lion Air inflight meal options will vary depending on where you are flying. On flights from Singapore to Ho Chi Minh City and Singapore to Bali, Lion Air provide a complimentary drink and meal. For all other flights, drinks and meals are available for purchase.

ChildrenChildren is classified as between 2-12 years of age and are not allowed to board unaccompanied. They are subject to the same flight fare as adults. Infant’s flight fare depends on flight route.

Lion Air Flight Attendant UniformLion Air's flight attendant wears a red and dark blue upper clothes lined with vertical dark blue. It is the previous corporate colour of Lion dominated by blue and red. A touch of batik on long kebaya skirt is added to the uniform, designed specifically for flexibility of movement in case of emergency.
